We dispatch orders to serviceable destinations through trusted courier partners.
Order processing
Orders are prepared after confirmation. As handcrafted products may require a final quality inspection, processing time can vary during weekends, public holidays, sales, or periods of high demand.
Estimated delivery
Most orders are delivered within approximately 3–7 working days after dispatch. Remote destinations may require additional time. Delivery estimates are not guarantees because courier operations, weather, public holidays, and local access can cause delays.
Shipping charges
Any applicable delivery charge is displayed during checkout before the order is submitted. Promotional free-shipping offers may be subject to location, order value, or campaign conditions.
Tracking your order
When tracking is available, the tracking number or courier update will be shared using the phone number or email address entered at checkout. Please make sure those details are accurate.
Receiving the parcel
- Inspect the outer packaging before accepting the parcel where possible.
- Do not accept a parcel that appears opened or severely damaged without noting the issue with the courier.
- Record an unboxing video if the parcel appears damaged or incorrect.
- Contact Mochizar promptly with your order number and supporting photographs.
Incorrect address or missed delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete delivery address and reachable phone number. Additional courier charges may apply if an order must be sent again because the supplied details were incomplete, incorrect, or no recipient was available.
